SANDMARC offers a Lifetime Warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship for the entire lifespan of the product. This warranty is non-transferable and applies exclusively to the original purchaser of the product.
What is covered:
Defects in Materials: This includes any flaws or imperfections in the materials used to construct the product that may compromise its functionality or structural integrity.
Defects in Workmanship: This encompasses any errors or faults in the manufacturing process, assembly, or craftsmanship that may lead to malfunctions or premature failure of the product.
What is not covered:
Damage from Misuse: This includes any damage caused by improper handling, use beyond the product's intended purpose, or failure to follow the provided instructions and guidelines.
User-Caused Damage: This includes any damage resulting from accidents, drops, spills, or other incidents that are not attributable to defects in materials or workmanship.
Modifications: Any alterations, repairs, or modifications made to the product by unauthorized parties will void the warranty coverage.
Non-Genuine Products: Only authentic SANDMARC products purchased through authorized retailers or directly from SANDMARC are eligible for warranty support.
Normal wear and tear: The warranty does not cover general wear and tear that naturally occurs with regular use of the product.

Proof of Purchase: To initiate a warranty claim, you may be required to provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation.
