The cost of return shipping is dependent upon the origin of the order.

• For customers within the United States, return shipping is complimentary. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label to ensure a hassle-free return process.

• For international customers, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. You will need to arrange and pay for return shipping using a carrier of your choice. All international shipping costs are non-refundable.

  Due to a recent change in U.S. law, return shipments sent back to the United States will now be subject to import duties and taxes, even if the value is under $800. These duties, customs fees, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not refundable by SANDMARC. If such fees are billed to us by the carrier, the amount will be deducted from your refund.
