Pre-ordering out-of-stock items

Many of our out-of-stock items are available for pre-order. Pre-ordering secures your unit, and pre-orders are fulfilled in the order they're received, so ordering early puts you at the front of the line when new stock arrives.

How to tell if an item is available for pre-order

If an item is available for pre-order, the product page shows a “Pre-Order” button in place of “Add to Cart,” along with an estimated ship date. Check out as usual and your unit is reserved.

If the product page says “Sold Out,” you can still place an order, but the item doesn't have an estimated ship date yet. Your order is reserved and ships as soon as new stock arrives. Check back for updates, or reach out to our team for any restock information we have.

When will I be charged?

Your payment method is charged at checkout. You'll receive an order confirmation email right away.

When will my pre-order ship?

Each product page shows the estimated ship date. Pre-orders ship as soon as new inventory arrives at our warehouse. Ship dates are estimates and can shift with production or shipping delays.

What if I also want in-stock items?

To get your in-stock items as quickly as possible, place them in a separate order from your pre-order. Orders that include a pre-order item ship together once the pre-order item is available.

Already placed a combined order? Contact us with your order number and our team will see if we can split it and ship your in-stock items first.

Will I be notified when it ships?

Yes. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. You can also check your status anytime on our Track Order page.

Can I cancel or change my pre-order?

Yes. You can cancel or change your pre-order anytime before it ships for a full refund. Just send us your order number.
