Can I pre-order items that are out of stock?
Yes, you can place a pre-order for an item that is out of stock. This will ensure you receive your order as soon as it is available.
What happens if my pre-order is delayed (hasn’t shipped)?
Due to unforeseen circumstances, a pre-order may be delayed. In this scenario, we will send out updates with a new ETA. We can also cancel and refund your order upon request.
How are pre-order payments processed?
Payment is collected upon order placement just like a standard order.
