Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your SANDMARC purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your product, you may return it to us for a full refund within 30 days of the delivery date.

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a refund, the item must be:

• In its original condition
• Undamaged
• In the original packaging (if applicable)

Return Policy for Sale Items

Items purchased on sale are not eligible for return or refund, except where required by applicable law. Customers in the European Union retain their statutory right of withdrawal regardless of whether an item was purchased at a discount.

Returns are not permitted for the purpose of obtaining a future promotional price.

Return Policy for Refurbished Items

Refurbished products purchased from sandmarc.co are final sale and not eligible for return due to the significant discounting applied to each product, except where required by applicable law.

Return Shipping Costs

The cost of return shipping depends on the origin of the order.

• For customers within the United States, return shipping is complimentary. We will provide a prepaid shipping label to ensure a hassle-free return process.
• For international customers, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except where the item is defective or the return arises from our error. In those cases, SANDMARC will cover the cost of return shipping regardless of the order's origin. You will need to arrange and pay for return shipping using a carrier of your choice for all other returns. All international return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Import Duties and Taxes

Due to recent changes in U.S. import regulations, return shipments sent back to the United States may be subject to import duties and taxes. For customers outside the European Union, these duties, customs fees, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not refundable by SANDMARC. If such fees are billed to us by the carrier, the amount will be deducted from your refund. This deduction does not apply to returns of defective products or to customers in the European Union exercising their statutory rights.

European Union Customers

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery without providing any reason. Your statutory rights under the EU Consumer Rights Directive apply in full and are not affected by any other provision of this policy. To exercise your right of withdrawal, please utilize the self-serve withdrawal (cancellation) portal available natively on our website, or contact our customer support team within 14 days of receiving your order.
