When will I receive a refund once an item is returned?Updated 20 days ago

Once your returned item is received at our facility, it will be carefully inspected to ensure it meets our return conditions. We will then send you an email to confirm that we have received your returned item and to notify you of the outcome of our inspection.

If your return is approved, we will process your refund immediately. A credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5 business days. The exact timeframe for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or credit card company's processing times.

Please note that the original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as if you received the wrong item or a defective product.
